In this presentation Steve explores how to use personalised communications to improve customer engagement. A starting point is to build a customer centric company culture that appreciates that what is good for the customer, is good for the business.
Personalised relevant communications have become more important, especially when targeting millenials. Using data intelligently when communicating with customers has been shown to improve sales conversion rates by 600% and is an important part of a customer centric strategy. The methodologies used to do this can range from simplistic filtering through to behavioural modelling techniques, but the successful implementation of these techniques depends on the data available, technology / processes and company culture.
