   How many have internet on their phones? These measures don’t take into account the number of people browsing the mobile web.

   Shirley – Internet usage in this case take into account several types of connections, including dial-up, ADSL, wireless, and a mobile network (e.g. WAP, 3G) using a cellphone.

   This is absolutely disgusting – the percentage in western countries must be up in the 90 percents somewhere – all because of SA”s restrictive and chaotic telecom policies
