    According to the report summary, at least 6 million South Africans have Internet access on their phones.

    I find the figure of 39% unbelievably high if this refers to the %age of all mobile phone users.
    Or is it 39% of the 60% of potentially internet enabled mobile phones users – i.e. roughly 23% (lower if you factor in rural penetration.)?

    I am confused. Can you simply tell us: –

    Out of the total of all SA cellphone users (irrespective of whether they have internet enabled/enable-able handsets or not) what %age surf the internet more than 3 times a week?

      Better yet – just give us the numbers – I hate percentages in statements like these if you do not know what the base is.
