   No surprise here.If you think how people spend an average of 10k a month – Rent 30%; HP inst 15% ; Fuel 10% % ; Elec,rates,water 10%; schooling fees 15% ; That leaves 10% to food and retail. With new Toll fee taxes – the SA public is slowly paying up to 40 % of their dispensable income in ‘taxes’ to the government.(Fuel tax is 55% of the value/liter).This is similar to a communist state of the late eighties.As only 70% of this is put back in the system,someone is getting very rich at the expense of Joe public.
