   This may be useless information if the jobs were created on the highways and soccer stadiums over the last thee years. Most of these were of a temporary nature not permanent appointments.

      Correct, my sentiments too. The real employment measure should be note in the private / corporate manufacturing sector. That would be an interesting fact. As for Government creating jobs in the government sectors, that should never be considered job creation, maybe job sheltering.
