   Hoe does this correlate with stats about internet users on cell phones and stats on illiteracy? It would be interesting to know what impact illiteracy is having on the use of internet if any or if its more an affordability issue (the cost of internet; the hardware,3G / 4G / Adsl line and Data costs).

   This is an important statistic to get right, because it speaks to critical development issues and priorities. What is meant by ‘accessed the Internet’? For instance, using Whatsapp is technically accessing the Internet. But casually speaking, ‘accessing the Internet’ involves clicking through web pages in a web browser. Which type of access was meant in this study?
