    Great insight thanks. Can you let us know how many White people own the deeds to the 47% of low cost houses Black people are living in?

    What you refer to as Former Black Townships are still very much Black Townships. Same applies to their White Suburb counterparts.( A moot point digression i guess!)

    This fact does not make sense unless you tell me the actual numbers of people in those houses or additional information. On its own it means nothing, so the 53% of R500k and less in non township form what percentage in former non townships?

    Whr around midrand i can find house 4 R200 000
