   Great question – Where are they now? The current situation again provides evidence of how our education systems fail. They do not equip our students and the graduates with real-life skills that allow them to be productive after school or varsity. 38% sends us back to the drawing baord – OBE failed us. Graduates need to also look at skilling themselves, you cannot believe that a BCOM determines success anymore. You need to ask yourself what can I create, do, perform or service I can offer society to make a difference and get rewarded for it. Big business cannot employ as we saw in the week at job losses. Big business needs to incubate young companies that can serve as feeders of some services they need. These need to be run by students and graduates, they need to be awakened to the real work of meeting a need and working to supply it, in real terms.
