    35 sounds far too high for SA. The bureaucracy and delays in registering with SARS for VAT and PAYE create a large barrier

    Big Time! SA does a lot right but one thing it struggles with is employment – Goverment must realize that business will create sustainable jobs not Goverment. So make it easier to open business’and you will start changing unemployment stats… Guaranteed

    With the labour laws being what they are I have my doubts about the validity of this survey.

    If I understand correclty – 35th in the world is not good anyway, if we want to compete and grow noth less than a top 15 is accpetable. That is over a 100% improvment required

    This seems to contradict every piece published on this topic in the last 12 months. How credible is this survey.
