   I’m offended at your title ‘redistribution’. It almost legitimises non-violent crime.

   These percentages clearly indicate that, the richer one is, the increase in the likelihood of being targeted is far higher. The reason is simply that, the richer person will possess goods of greater value which, with the same effort and risk, will be far more rewarding to the person or persons relying on crime to sustain or enrich themselves.
