According to the Non-Financial Census of Municipalities, in 2013 of the 10 million consumer units receiving electricity, 2.5 million were receiving free basic electricity. (http://bit.ly/1z4yR1n)

    I wonder how many of the 2.5 million households receiving free basic electricity used it for DSTV
