   Interesting, but this fact doesn’t say much without context. Is there an official count of how many informal settlements there are in SA? And, what qualifies as an informal settlement? Is 10 shacks enough?

   100 settlements a year seems like quite a lot, but not if the settlements are relatively small. It would be interesting to know how this compares to the scale of the problem. What percentage of all settlements have been replaced and how many RDP houses have been built?

   Just a thought…use it, don’t use it 🙂
