   I don’t believe the Nokia story, I think maybe that data is old. Those Nokia’s are in bottom drawers or landfills -.-

   South African Population as at Mid 2011 = 50,5 million people.Number of Rica registered sim cards for the same period 37 million, estimated at the time to be 2,7 million short of the expected Rica registrations to be processed.I bought 15 mtn already registered sim cards at R 5 a unit 2 weeks ago, however I did not buy any handset for these sim cards.I have a Nokia E63 & inserted these sim cards into my phone in order to register for MTN website messaging & to send my internet settings to the handset for the designated Network – When logging in with one of the 15 registered sim cards on the MTN Website it will confirm my phone as Nokia E63 even though the sim card details used for the log in are not in use in the phone!

   32 million? Yes that is a possibility. There are a lot of people out there who own more then one handset.
