    So how many households does this imply? Isn’t that the more interesting question under the current circumstances?

      Hi Amnon,

      The number of households using electricity for lighting increased from 5.2 million in 1996 to 12.2 million in 2011 (Census 1996 and 2011). The GHS 2013 puts the number of households using electricity for lighting at 13.4 million.
