About the Standard Bank Channels Research
This research attempts to create an in-depth understanding of the trends and innovations within banking delivery channels. This includes emerging technologies, new product offerings as well as innovations in service delivery. In addition, the research explores customer take up and channel usage in South Africa.
The channels considered include: traditional branches, internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs, correspondent banking, retailers, social media and call centres.
