Does that include cellphone users? Or is it only computer users? If only computer users, does it include work and/or home access?
It includes cellphone users who use web browsers on their phones. We will be issuing a report on the mobile Internet in South Africa on Wednesday, which will clarify the issue and definitions of cellphone access to the Internet. The number is for users, not connections or subscriptions, so we count one user with work and home access as one user.
