    Why is this?
    Will other brands be allowed?

I know that Budweiser is a sponsor and only their beer will be sold, but can spectators take their own beer of choice into the stadiums?

Amazing that a Corporate Giant like SA Breweries could be prohibited from anything of any nature. Maybe it’s a sure sign that they were simply not willing to pay bribes to grossly immoral, greedy and corrupt officials associated with the soccer world-cup. May all their bribe money turn to water, along with all the rest of their ill-gotten loot! Sorry to seem so totally disgusted with this once beautiful country’s sick officialdom, but in all truth, who could be condemned for this!

    • Colin says:

Terry, it’s a FIFA ruling, and has nothing to do with corrupt SA officials. The rules are the same for Coca Cola (no Pepsi allowed). Spit your bitter pill out and remember that for every corrupt official there is a corrupt offer usually from a “civilised European government”.
