Now is that not the reason why Jnb is the most affordable city in the world? Landlords have dropped their rentals etc as no-one wants to live in JNB anymore because they are concerned about crime. lets not just blame authorities and everyone else – rather get our peoples values in order and try and stamp out this scourge!
