460,000 men, who are in LSM 8-10, and live in a metropolitan area play Playstation games, which is almost twice as many as those who play soccer, three times as many as those who play golf or cricket, and quadruple the number of those who play rugby. 54% of the Playstation gamers are over the age of 24.

In 2006, there were almost 140,000 South African men in LSM 8-10 who live in metro areas who have beauty treatments (manicures, facials, etc.). Of those who have beauty treatments, 39% were between the ages of 25 – 34, compared to 16% between the ages of 16 – 24.
